Nanoose Bay students are given a hand-up in the further education endeavours.
Each year NCS provides bursaries to graduating students at Ballenas Secondary School who are continuing on to post-secondary education. One bursary is for those proceeding to a university or college, the other will be awarded to a student undertaking vocational training.

Children at Nanoose Elementary School deserve to be treated equally regardless of family income.
NCS provides an annual subsidy to the school that enables all children to attend after school activities, field trips, and special programs.
Providing enrichment to all of our neighbours in Nanoose Bay is a means to strengthen the community as a whole.
Over the years, NCS has offered programs in such as Emergency Preparedness and First Aid and has held a series of educational lectures called “Sunday@4” over the past two winters.
