The NCS elves are once again beginning to dust the Christmas trees off, pull gifts, wrapping paper, and decorations out of storage and get ready for our 2018 Elf Program.
Trees, with “Elf hat” tags attached, will be on display starting November 15th in locations dotted throughout the region. Each tag will indicate a special gift (e.g.“pajamas for a 9 yr old boy”, “$25 i-Tunes gift card”, Petro-Canada gas card, etc.) or a request for a cash donation. Residents wishing to help their neighbours will choose a tag, buy the gift and then return the gift to the original tree location. NCS elves then wrap the parcels and gift them to registered families.
