Cait grew up in Victoria and went to Vancouver for school in communications and project management. She stayed on the mainland working in communications and as a producer of global events in the technology, entertainment and design industries. From developing meaningful and immersive experiences to managing world-renowned speakers to overseeing logistics across continents, the work was all-encompassing, fast-paced and ever-changing.
In 2016, she moved with her partner to Nanoose and began working for herself as a freelance producer, designer and digital storyteller all while falling deeply in love with the area and all it offers.
Cait is an avid food grower and is passionate about local food security and nutrition equity. For three years, she managed the Errington Farmers’ Market and now enjoys helping on a local farm during her free time. Cait hopes to be part of building more access to sustainable, local nutrition for the community.
