Great Bear Rainforest IMAX

Join local resident Byron Horner, President of Spirit Bear Entertainment Inc., in a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the upcoming IMAX production of The Great Bear Rainforest.

Byron will show clips from the movie as well as out-takes made during the filming process.  The film-makers partnered with First Nations to capture the stunning beauty of the region and the fascinating flora and fauna in the sea, land, and sky (including the rare Spirit Bears).

Cash bar opens: 3:30 pm        Program starts: 4:00 pm

BBQ Chicken Menu @ $20 + tax and gratuity:
BBQ Island Farms chicken breast with tomato herb beurre blanc, Rice pilaf with roast veggies, Fresh baguette with butter, Nanoose Bay mixed greens with carrots, cucumbers, and radishes and maple vinagrette. Spinach salad with mushrooms, red onions, hard boiled egg, and white cheddar cheese honey Dijon vinnagrette, Lemon pie and strawberries
