We are honoured to have Cobble Hill resident, Cindy Scott to provide an educational hands-on session about food and wine pairing. Cindy is an award winning winemaker and gourmet cook who is passionate about how food and wine can change your whole dining experience.
Fairwinds’ Chef Shawn Sannes will present and describe three delicious dishes that pair with the wines chosen for this amazing culinary event.
