Lindy has resided in River’s Edge with her husband Tim, two horses, and two cats for the past nine years. Although originally from Victoria, she has lived in various parts of the world throughout her life. A passionate steward of her land, she is deeply committed to its care, particularly for the benefit of the wildlife with whom she shares it. Nature holds a special place in her heart, and she seizes every opportunity to immerse herself in outdoor activities such as hiking, bird-watching, gardening, and even manure picking. Her love for the ocean and mountains, coupled with her adventurous spirit, fuels her passion for traveling and exploring new places.
Beyond her love for nature and exploration, she finds joy in being a grandmother, random acts of kindness, solving cryptic crosswords, conducting research, expanding her knowledge, and lending a helping hand wherever possible. As she assumes the role of Director At Large on the Board for Nanoose Community Services, she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to fulfill her responsibilities and contribute her diverse skills and passions to the Nanoose community.
